Yes, we provide a one-year warranty on all of our work to cover workmanship or issues that may arise from our work.
Yes, we assemble a written agreement for every project with a full scope of work included along with a payment schedule so everyone knows what to expect and when!
Project length depends deeply on the scope of the project. Todays world of shipping challenges and product availability still pose some time delays but we work hard to communicate any opportunities that may arise.
Everyone at DVC strives to deliver the highest quality work throughout the project and at project completion. However, while we strive for perfection it is not a reality to expect everything to be perfect as the are so many elements and definitions that can used to define perfection. We use Industry standards based on the scope of work we are completing to measure our efforts!

Yes, we can accept credit cards but the fees associated with the credit card processing are passed on to the client. we don't budget those fees on every project as they can become cumbersome on large projects!
1. Is your company Licensed? - homeowners should always work with a licensed contractor for the state that you are having the work performed. A licensed GC has to pass multiple test, background checks, credit checks and various other checks to ensure they are reputable.
2. Is your company insured? - Homeowners will want to make sure whatever general contractor is working on their property that they General liability insurance as well as Workers Compensation insurance.
3. How long have you been in business? This is a great question as this will usually lead to a greater discovery of the contractors history and the companies history
4. Do you have references? All types of reviews and references are good to review to get a great understanding of the companies performance.
