End-User License Agreement – Dreamvest Construction LLC Internal QBO Integration Effective date: August 1, 2026 This application is provided by Dreamvest Construction LLC for internal use only. 1. License You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use the application solely for Dreamvest Construction LLC bookkeeping and related financial operations. 2. Restrictions You may not sell, sublicense, distribute, or use the application for any third-party commercial service. 3. Data The application accesses QuickBooks Online data only with authorization. You are responsible for the accuracy of data entered and for maintaining appropriate access controls. 4. No Warranty The application is provided “as is” without warranties of any kind. Dreamvest Construction LLC is not liable for any damages arising from its use. 5. Termination We may discontinue the application at any time. Upon termination, access ceases. 6.
